Introduction
Arron joined chambers in Summer 2012 and after impressing in his role with our marketing and events team, he quickly moved into the world of clerking as a junior clerk on the Commercial Desk. After spending a year as a Junior Clerk Arron was promoted to the role of 2nd Junior Clerk on the Family Team where he developed his skills that assisted in him gaining another promotion to his current position of First Junior Clerk of the Business & Property Group.
Along with the Senior Clerk, Arron is responsible for the day to day management and business development of the following practice areas in Chambers:- Insolvency & Restructuring, Company Law, Commercial Fraud, Real Estate Litigation, Partnership Disputes, Shareholders Disputes, Wills, Trusts & Probate, Intellectual Property and General Commercial Litigation.
Arron is able to assist with any enquiries for all members of the Business & Property Group.
Arron is a member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks and has previously sat on the IBC Junior Career Development Committee. He has also given a talk to the Institute focusing on an Introduction to Practice Management.
Outside of work, Arron is a keen cricketer and Horse Racing enthusiast with the dream of owning his own Race Horse in the future! If not in the office he may also be found sampling some of Scotland’s fine Single Malt Whisky’s.
