We are also asked to advise and represent clients in limited assets cases where the need for a practical and cost effective solution is pressing. Our barristers are adept at providing initial advice to our clients and solicitors and working as part of a team throughout either the pre proceedings stage or the court led process. We find that best outcomes are achieved with this type of early involvement and continuity of Counsel. Our barristers are committed to continuing to improve both the level of service that we offer and our skill set.
