Introduction

Elizabeth has lived and worked in the Midlands all of her life completing both her undergarduate law degree and bar finals in Nottingham.

She undertook her pupillage with St Philips and whilst she initially practised crime, civil and family she chose to specialise in family law and now does so exclusively.

Prior to her pupillage Elizabeth worked as a paralegal for Irwin Mitchell Solicitors providing her with experience and understanding of private practice.

Elizabeth’s practice is matrimonial finance (including TLATA), private law children disputes and domestic violence (applications for non-molestation orders, occupation orders and orders for committal for breach).

Always available to attend conferences at offices of instructing solicitors and conference facilities are available in chambers
Experience of advocacy at all levels including conference, negotiation, round table meetings and drafting.
