Huma has dealt with all aspects concerning this area. She has dealt with complex fact finding and final hearings. She has conducted cases in the high court for child abduction and has a particular interest in those cases.

Huma has worked for parents, grandparents, guardians and Local Authorities.

She has conducted lengthy and complex cases often involving disputed expert evidence. She has dealt with very vulnerable clients often with psychological and addiction issues in care proceedings.
